Our Bed & Breakfast Project
How it Works
This is a simple way to support your local hospice in North Northumberland. The idea is that the B&B would request an optional £1 donation to HospiceCare on their bill/billing system for each guest. The B&B or hotel could also decide to match fund for each additional pound raised. Your business would also have a collection tin on display and some information about the Hospice on-site to tie it all in.

“When we were approached by HospiceCare North Northumberland, we were delighted to help. It has turned out to be a win-win: not only do many of our guests make a contribution but as a small business, our reputation is enhanced with guests too. We have asked for £1 for each night’s stay and we have matched any contributions made. This year we have raised a total of £334.40 which includes the online donations from our guests, the donations we have matched and the money from the collection tin we have placed in the B&B.”
