About our Castleside Crafters
Our Castleside Crafters are a volunteer group who have been established for over 12 years. The Crafters meet for a couple of hours every week at our Wellbeing Centre in Alnwick spending their time knitting and sewing to make beautiful bespoke handmade gifts to raise funds for HospiceCare, using donated yarn and fabric. So far our Castleside Crafters have generated over £13,000 from the sale of their beautiful crafts for the Hospice. Our handmade items start from as little as £2 each. Interested in join our Castleside Crafters?
Our Crafters meet every Monday 10.30am-12noon at our Wellbeing Centre, Alnwick, NE66 2DG. They are a really friendly group who welcome new members to join. There's always a great buzz when they're in the building and plenty of time to enjoy a free tea or coffee.
