Our Charity Shops

Our shops are now Closed
31st December 2020

Due to the new government guidelines our shops at Amble, Berwick & Wooler are now closed for the time being.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will see you again soon, but in the meantime, stay safe and well.

Shop Donations

We are no longer able to take donations of furniture, and for the present time, we are not able to offer a collection service for other items. If you have items you wish to donate could we please ask that you drop them off directly at the shop via the back door. Thank you.

We ask that all visitors to our shops wear a face-covering

To ensure we comply with government guidelines to keep our staff, volunteers and customers safe and well, we need to make you aware  of our new shopping arrangements:

We will have a limit on the number of customers in our shop at any one time. We will ask you to continue to observe the 2 metre social distancing rules in the shop and follow the signage provided to keep everyone safe.  We will also ask you to observe the 2 metre social distancing rule if queuing outside the shop.

There will be Hand Sanitiser available at the entrance to our shops and we would ask you to use this before you browse. Our changing room facilities will be closed and we will regularly clean key areas in the shop such as tills and door handles during the day.

Payments for purchases can only be made by contactless cards—we don’t have a minimum spend.

When you donate goods to a charity shop, four things happen:
1. You stop waste going to landfill.

2. This saves your local council paying landfill tax.

3. It helps the environment.

4. Raises money for charity = what's not to like?!
