How we help

We provide emotional and practical care and support across North Northumberland to adults and their families, who are living with a life-limiting illness requiring palliative input, through our hospice at home, family/bereavement support as well as our dementia and wellbeing services.  Our high-quality end-of-life care and support, provided by our specially trained nursing team and healthcare assistants, enable people to focus on what really matters: living well until the end.  Our Care services are all delivered free at the point of need. Our Care services are available to adults (18 years and over) living within our clinical catchment area and registered with a local GP.
