How we help
We provide emotional and practical care and support across North Northumberland to adults and their families, who are living with a life-limiting illness requiring palliative input, through our hospice at home, family/bereavement support and dementia support services. Our high-quality end-of-life care and support, provided by our specially trained nursing team and Hospice Support Workers enable people to focus on what really matters: living well until the end. Our Care services are all delivered free at the point of need. We are not a bedded Hospice, but provide our end-of-life care in the patient's home.

Eligibility Criteria
Our Care services are available to adults 18 years and over living within our clinical catchment area and registered with a local GP.
