When you join Team HospiceCare, you are not simply taking on 13.1 miles.
Every pound you raise helps HospiceCare North Northumberland provide care and support to people living across North Northumberland at some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Our Hospice at Home team provides specialist end-of-life care in people's own homes, helping more people remain somewhere familiar and surrounded by the people they love.
We also provide dementia support for individuals and their families, alongside bereavement and family support for people coming to terms with the loss of someone important to them.
These services rely heavily on the support of our local community.
